North Idaho is home to three fabulous bike trails, the Route of the Hiawatha (approximately 15 miles long), the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes (approximately 72 miles long), and the North Idaho Centennial Trail (approximately 24 miles long). Each of these trails is part of a nationwide Rails-to-Trails project that converts unused railway beds into stunning bicycle and pedestrian paths.
